We found ourselves in need of a commercial kitchen with our own homegrown makers business, Good Bitter Best. We realized there were not many options for food-biz folks out there. We wanted to create a space for our business and for others to help them move to that next step. This is where you come in! Our space is for anyone who owns a small confectionery business and needs a commercial kitchen. We have three membership tiers based on what each business may need.

No. However, we will have occasional pop ups where you and the other small business members will be able sell to the public at select times. 

To become a member, simply fill out this form, we will then reach out to schedule a tour and discuss your specific needs in more detail. We offer flexible rental options that suit your business requirements.

Our kitchen is equipped with a wide range of high-quality appliances, including mixers, a high-capacity convection oven, freezer, refrigerator and more. You'll have access to the essential tools for food production and preparation.

*We do NOT have a stovetop range at this time. 

Yes. We already have plans to use the front space for Good Bitter Best to have cocktail classes, and hope that your food biz will want to offer your own creative classes as well! Follow us on IG/FB @makersbakersshakers to stay up to date.

We provide the necessary resources and expertise to help you meet the demands of commercial production, including compliance with health and safety regulations. Our goal is to support you every step of the way in your journey toward wholesaling success.

Yes, however you will need to coordinate with the customer for a pickup time as there are no set hours. You are welcome to be at MBS at any time for curbside pick-up orders.
